We are so happy you chose to spend your special day at The Erickson Alumni Center! Our professional and friendly staff will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Our doors are open to West Virginia University alumni and  friends.

Our staff is available to help plan all of the details of your special day. We offer services and amenities designed to make your day memorable. We can help you take care of all of the details like ordering specialty linens, centerpieces, and other rentals, arranging your timeline and customizing your menu. We can also help set up and design your space to best suit your individual tastes and preferences.

 FULL WEDDING PACKAGES

Wedding

Every event is special. We have designed customized wedding packages to meet your needs. Enjoy a six-hour facility rental, including a one-hour reception with limited bar service, followed by a full course dinner. Celebrate with a complimentary champagne toast with friends and family. The possibilities are endless!

Tri-colored tortillas presented with Tex-Mex ground beef, pulled mesquite chicken, fresh guacamole, house made salsa, shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses, jalapeños, sliced olives, diced tomatoes and sour cream

 

Gourmet Slider Bar

Bar includes Black Angus steakhouse burgers with tomato and caramelized onions, barbecue pulled pork sandwiches with crispy slaw, and southern fried chicken on biscuits (Served with french fries)

 

Fondue Station

Assorted fondues include aged cheddar, fontina, Gruyere, buttermilk blue, and beer cheeses with Guinness and butterkäse, spinach and artichoke, dark and white chocolates, and caramel. Accoutrements include bread cubes, vegetables, chicken, poached shrimp, cubed beef tenderloin, marinated Portobellos, strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows, pound cake, and brownie cubes

Hardwood smoked salmon or trout with pita chips, a citrus cream sauce, and other condiments
