 - Director of Finance

The Director of Finance shall:
  1. Have access to the books, records, and monies of the Student Alumni Association in
    conjunction with the Student Alumni Association Advisor;

  2. Execute and sign such instruments that require the authorization of the Student Alumni Association Treasurer;

  3. Formulate, with the help of the Student Alumni Association Advisor, a Student Alumni Association budget proposal for the West Virginia University Alumni Association Board of Directors and any other institution who may require the budget proposal information;

  4. Submit monthly budget update and report to the Student Alumni Association President and Vice President;

  5. Attend Student Alumni Association meetings and provide a status report at every meeting;

  6. Perform all other related duties as shall be determined by the President and Vice President.

 - Director of Communications

The Director of Communications shall:
  1. Maintain official Student Alumni Association website;

  2. Responsible for developing a year-long strategic marketing and promotion plan;

  3. Prepare Student Alumni Association newsletter twice per semester (once at midterm and once at end of semester) after Student Alumni Association members submit written reports;

  4. Publicize all meetings of the Student Alumni Association, at least 48 hours in advance through the student newspaper and by other means that are deemed appropriate;

  5. Attend Student Alumni Association meetings;

  6. Perform all other related duties as determined by the President and Vice President.

 - Director of Outreach 

The Director of Outreach shall:
  1. Serve as a point of contact for all community/campus service projects in coordination with local businesses and/or non-profit organizations;

  2. Correspond with other campus groups regarding co-sponsoring opportunities and supporting other events and programs which match the Student Alumni Association core mission;

  3. Plans and coordinates social and programming events;

  4. Attend Student Alumni Association meetings;

  5. Perform all other related duties as determined by the President and Vice President.
