And They're Off!
Paul Espinosa Jr. is a fourth generation "Race Tracker" at Charles Town Races. After
graduating from WVU in 2011, Paul made his way home to be the track announcer.
"It's nice to be back here, when I'm walking up to my booth, to see familiar faces
and to have people that you've grown up around...it feels like family."
