Corey, a native of Charleston, retired as Dean of Students at West Virginia University. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from West Virginia University and went on to earn his graduate degree from The Ohio State University. Prior to returning to WVU, he worked at The University of Iowa. Upon his return to WVU he served as a fierce student advocate working in many areas in the division of Student Life culminating with his appointment as Dean of Students in 2010.
