ABOUT THE CHAPTER

On behalf of the WVU Alumni Association, we would like to invite you to join the NY/NJ Metro Chapter, your connection back to the great Mountaineer Nation!

The NY/NJ Metro Chapter is part of a network of regional organizations around the world that are affiliated with the Alumni Association.

We are committed to promoting the goals, visions, and pride of West Virginia University to the Big Apple! The New York/New Jersey Chapter of the WVU Alumni Association is a nonprofit organization funded by the dues of its members. Its purpose is to promote the interest and welfare of WVU, to encourage closer fellowship among the alumni in the tri-state area, and to establish closer contact and better understanding between the University and its graduates and former students. Any graduates or former students of WVU or any individuals who show interest in the University may become active members of this chapter.
