Season Parking Rules

  • A weekly email will be forwarded to season parking pass holders with details about when the Alumni Center lot will open each week (typically five to six hours prior to kickoff depending on game time) and other information.
  • Please observe and obey the instructions of the security officers and parking attendants. They will allow you to park at their discretion.
  • Removal of any barricade or other traffic control device is prohibited.
  • Parking is for cars, vans, SUVs and pick-up trucks only.
  • The WVU Alumni Association is not responsible or liable for loss or damage to your vehicle or its contents.
  • Please display your parking pass on your rearview mirror. The number on your pass is the space you are assigned. Please park in the space with the corresponding number painted on it.
  • The original holder of the parking pass will be held responsible for all activity while the permit is used.
  • You will be provided with a garbage bag upon entering the lot. Please place refuse in it, tie the bag closed and leave it adjacent to your parking space when you depart for pick-up by our parking attendants.
  • Vehicles with kegs or other types of large quantities of alcohol will not be permitted in the Alumni Center lot.
  • Grills are not permitted in the Alumni Center lot or on Alumni Association property.
  • Please confine your tailgate to the space your vehicle is parked. Do not block points of ingress or egress with tents, tables, chairs, etc.
  • No solicitation or vending of any kind is permitted on Alumni Association property.
  • Because the Alumni Center hosts a variety of events, we ask that all vehicles be removed from the Alumni Center lot no later than four hours following the end of the game.
  • It is our desire to make the Alumni Center lot a family centered model for a positive game day experience. Please help us achieve this by being courteous to your neighbors and visiting fans and by being respectful to the Alumni Center and Alumni Association property. Any person acting inappropriately or damaging Alumni Association property will be held responsible for its repair and is subject to revocation of parking privileges.
