What is the cost to join the Hail West Virginia Society?
Membership in the society is $2,350 annually*, $1,475 of which is tax deductible.
What do you mean when you say members receive a dedicated game day
parking space?
Each parking space at the Erickson Alumni Center is numbered. You will be assigned a pass with a number and will park in the space that corresponds with what is on your pass. Instead of having to show up at the crack of dawn to claim your preferred space, Hail West Virginia members can rest assured that their space will be available regardless of when you arrive on game days.
When does the Erickson Alumni Center parking lot open on game days?
The parking lot typically opens five to six hours prior to kickoff. Weekday games can be an exception to that rule. Hail West Virginia members are notified on the Monday prior to each home football game of the exact time the lot will open.
How far is the Erickson Alumni Center from Milan Puskar Stadium?
The Alumni Center is approximately 600 yards from the football stadium. In addition to being a short walk, Hail West Virginia members can ride a golf cart from the Alumni Center to the stadium. The golf cart only runs prior to the game.

What is the start time for the Hail West Virginia reception?
The reception begins three hours prior to kickoff of each home football game.
What time does the Hail West Virginia reception end?
The reception ends at kickoff.
What is included in the Hail West Virginia reception?
Members will receive notification of the Hail West Virginia reception menu on Monday of each home football game week. Menus are designed based on the opponent and kickoff time. In addition to food, beer, wine and a weekly specialty drink are included as part of the reception.
Can I bring guests to the Hail West Virginia reception?
Paid in full Hail West Virginia members can bring additional guests to the reception for $35 each. Members are asked to notify Alumni staff of their plans to bring guests by the Wednesday of each home football game week.
How will individuals know that I’m a member of Hail West Virginia?
Hail West Virginia members are given passes which that identify them as members of the society.
I saw that Hail West Virginia members receive a member only gift.
Can you give me an idea of what that gift might be?
Past gifts have included license plates, fleece jackets and flags. The gift will be selected prior to the first game and it is our goal to have it to society members by the Homecoming game each year.
